We treat all Feature Surveys that we attend to with the utmost attention and detail.
The equipment that we use is of the highest quality and we can assure accuracy. These include Robotic Total Stations, GPS Satellite Locators & Laser Levels / Equipment. We pride ourselves on the attention to detail that we provide within both our onsite Surveying and Drafting expertise. We cover all the RESCODE requirements and much more.
Vacant Block Surveys will be completed and supplied within 1-5 business days of receiving a clear Copy of Title and Written Instructions authorising Job Completion.
Existing House Surveys will be completed and supplied within 1-10 business days of receiving a clear Copy of Title and Written Instructions authorising Job Completion.
Hard copies of the Feature Survey Plans with a Site Assessment Sheet will be Faxed, Emailed or Posted within the allowable time frame. Computer copies of the Feature Survey Plans will be emailed via an Autocad friendly DXF or DWG file, at a scale of 1:200 or 1:100 metric.
